Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RenoLuma, a service provided by braid ai labs, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Description of the service
RenoLuma is an AI-assisted renovation visualization service. You can buy one-time credit packs, sign in with a magic link or supported OAuth provider, upload room photos, choose a renovation style and budget, add project notes, render renovation concept images, sort project photos into spaces, save styles from uploaded images, view cost ranges and project history, publish project links, and download generated PNG files.
One credit does one of these things: completes one render, sorts one project's photos into spaces, or saves one style from uploaded images. The quality review and cost ranges included with a completed render do not use another credit. Work that produces no result and is marked failed in our system does not reduce your credit balance.
Account terms
You're responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping sign-in links and sessions secure, and for ensuring anyone who uses your account or purchase link follows these Terms. You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account or make a purchase.
Your inputs and images
You retain ownership of the text and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and store your room photos, style reference images, renovation settings, project notes, generated prompts, saved styles, and generated renovation images for the purpose of operating RenoLuma.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use downloaded renovation images for planning, mood board, and presentation use. We do not guarantee that generated images are unique, that similar images will not be generated for other users, or that a generated renovation image will be free from third-party rights claims.
Room photos and style reference images
You may upload room photos so RenoLuma can use the camera angle, layout, openings, fixed elements, and visible constraints when it creates a renovation image. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it for this purpose and that the photo does not include sensitive personal information you do not want processed.
Room photos may be stored in your project history and transmitted to third-party AI providers for rendering, photo sorting, quality checks, and cost analysis. Style reference images may be transmitted to an AI provider so RenoLuma can describe the style, and up to four may be retained with the saved style. The providers' processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process these images for the purpose of operating RenoLuma.
We may refuse, cancel, or remove a generation that we reasonably believe involves a room photo used in violation of this section or our Acceptable Use rules.
Public project links
Creating a public link publishes the before and after photo for every rendered view in the project. You can also choose to publish the cost estimates. Anyone with the link can open the page without signing in, and you are responsible for choosing who receives it.
A recipient may start a new project with the public design direction. RenoLuma does not copy your source photos or generated images into that recipient's account. You can stop sharing at any time to invalidate the link, but this cannot delete screenshots or other copies someone made while the page was public.
AI-generated results
Image rendering, photo sorting, saved style descriptions, quality checks, and cost analysis are automated and may produce unexpected, inaccurate, unsafe, or unusable results. AI cost ranges are planning aids, not contractor bids or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing your selections before using a credit and for consulting qualified professionals before construction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use RenoLuma to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others.
- Submit prompts, names, or details that infringe, impersonate deceptively, harass, threaten, or exploit another person.
- Submit sensitive personal information or content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe context.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to interfere with the service, or evade rate limits.
- Reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract source code, except where explicitly permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent the service without our consent.
Payment terms
RenoLuma sells one-time credit packs. Credit packs do not renew, and pack credits do not expire while your account remains active and the service is available. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless we say otherwise in writing.
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Prices, taxes, and any promotions are shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in writing. If payment fails or is reversed, we may withhold credits bought through that checkout.
Service level
We work to keep RenoLuma reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and may need to take parts of the service offline to respond to incidents. Image generation speed and availability may vary based on demand and third-party infrastructure.
Changes to the service
We may change, suspend, discontinue, or shut down all or part of RenoLuma at any time, with or without notice. If the service or a credit-funded feature is discontinued, unused credits may become unusable and will not be refunded, credited, exchanged, or converted to cash except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.
Termination
You can stop using RenoLuma at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if payment is reversed, or if your account presents a security or abuse risk. After termination we may retain records as described in our Privacy Policy, including records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenoLuma is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend us against, and hold us harmless from, any third-party claim arising out of your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continued use of RenoLuma after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless your local law provides otherwise.
